Hi, I’m Jill
After 16 years of photographing weddings, I’ve had the incredible privilege of witnessing hundreds of love stories unfold. I’ve seen the nervous excitement, the happy tears, the laughter, the little looks between couples, and all of the unforgettable moments that make a wedding day uniquely theirs.
Now, I’ve takien that experience one step further by becoming a wedding officiant.
I love officiating because the ceremony is where everything truly begins. It’s the moment two people pause, surrounded by the people they love, and make a promise to build a life together. Being able to stand beside a couple during that moment — and help create a ceremony that feels genuine, personal, and completely them — is something I find incredibly meaningful.
My years behind the camera have taught me that no two couples are alike. Some want a traditional ceremony, some want something romantic and intimate, and others want plenty of laughter and personality. I believe your ceremony should reflect your relationship, not simply follow a script.
As both a wedding photographer and officiant, I bring a unique perspective to your wedding day. I understand the flow of a wedding, the emotions that come with it, and the importance of creating a ceremony that feels natural and memorable.
For me, officiating isn’t just about saying the words that make you married. It’s about telling a little piece of your story, creating a moment you’ll remember forever, and helping you begin this next chapter surrounded by love.
And after 16 years of capturing the moments that come after “I do,” I’m so excited to now have the honour of being the person who gets to say it.
